Rotten Food, Dirty tables and Terrible Service!

We were served rotten sea bass (which costs $23.95). And I mean rotten, spoiled, gone bad, foul, make you sick when you just smelled it!!! The place is filthy and the food is terrible. I can't understand how they are in business.
