Kronlund Chiropractic

I went to Kronlund Chiropractic for a short time, but was not that pleased. I didn't feel any better after seeing them and they were constantly wanting me to come in 4 - 5 times a week.

Great if you love going to the chiropractor a lot - then waiting - a lot!

I wanted to give Dr. Kronlund a try as he was a lot closer than my usual chiropractor, I went in for an adjustment (which I usually do once or maybe twice per year as I dont have any major problems)

The first appointment took 2 hours (lots of xrays etc) finally the adjustment took oh about 5 minutes in the exact spot I told them in the beginning...

Well that adjustment was dismal... I noticed he missed a few steps my normal chiropractor does to fix the problem... then wanted me to come back in 2 days for more. WHAT? you couldn't fix it the first time? I got home and my neck was worse than before... I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and went back! I came in early for my appointment, then waited.. and waited... and waited... then walked out! I'm going back to my usual chiropractor! They at least respect scheduled appointments (never more than 5 minute wait) & fix things right the first time.. no micro-adjustments to maximize how many times you come to visit! (and of c

Problem with Ethical and Financial issues

I've been going to this doctor for several years and relatively a good chiropractor.
I visited him first time in 2 years and had a exam and adjustment and they informed me after
treatment my insurance don't cover them even though it covers 100% if they were affillated.
So I was forced to pay $100.00 out my pocket.
They should have informed me before all the service rather than after.
This is a Ethical and Moral issue, highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Great Office.

This is a wonderful office. Very professional and helpful.
I don't know why the other guy thinks it's the doctor's responsibility to check his policy and what it covers. Maybe he should have checked on his insurance himself before he went, then he would have known what was covered and what wasn't.

This is just my experience! I am sure with the amount of happy "sheeple" insurance billable patients they have coming multiple times per week for micro-adjustments would give this place 5 stars - but from me- they get 1.

Excellent chiropractor and all around nice guy

I'm into sports, and Dr. Kronlund can work on me and get my twisted back or aching neck back in shape in no time. I have been going to him for more than 12 years now, and he has never failed to help!

I had been to other chiropractors with little success. They would do the same things no matter what was wrong. With Dr. Kronlund, he goes right to the spot that is the problem and works with it, even trying other approaches if the vertebrate won't budge, until he is successful. He makes a big difference in the way I feel.

He's very personable to deal with, too. Real nice guy! I've waited in the second waiting area and listened why he worked with other patients, and he always has them engaged in conversation or laughing about something. It's a very positive experience, and he's always got a handshake and a smile when I'm done!
