very unhappy with a good pediatric group
When I had my son at the pottstown hospital, todays kids did his newborn care, my other children had been at that office for a year and I was very happy with them all around. After he was born my kids had a change of insurance and we had to go to another practice. After a year and a half I was able to get them back to todays kids because I was very fond of them and wanted them to keep being seen by them. When I took my son back for an appt and tried to make another they refused to make his appt because unaware to my knowledge I owed a large sum of money from his birth. They were very rude and insisted that they notified me but they never did. My insurance would have payed them but they refused to submit the claim from the hospital. Now since it had been well over a year they put me in collections after two months and I have been battling with them to just submit my claim because I pay for insurance for this reason. I am still trying to resolve this matter. I dont mind paying the amount if i owed it but like i said before my insurance would cover it and I think its just the princible of the matter. Oddly, despite that I would still recommend the practice simply because I am still very happy with the care my children recieved from dr kromash and the other doctors there.Worldwide > United States > Pottstown, PA > Hospitals and Medical Centers
