Good job, unreliable availability
This is a local business. Kristynik is about as knowledgeable as they get. He knows the wood floor business really well. What he does not know is customer service. It took them over 4 month to finish our floors. We kept getting 'appointments' and they would NOT show up or call to call, they "no-showed". Days later after the appointment we would call and no apologies only 'we're busy.' Do not recommend for reliability. Floors looked nice when finished but look elsewhere.

Everyone asks who did our wood floors!
After a couple months of research, we settled on Kristynik Hardwood to install our new hardwood flooring. We decided on hand distressed 4" hickory plank flooring, and we could not be happier. I cannot count the number of people who have been in our home and asked who did our floors. Eric, one of the owners, was very helpful and completely honest in terms of giving us his opinion on pros and cons of all of our choices. He also ia just an all around nice person to work with on projects. The few minor issues we did have, he addressed immediately. His team even finished our floors early! We have no complaints about our floors and were happy we decided to go with Kristynik. They are not the cheapest option available, but they made sure they got it right. We highly recommend Eric and his team!

Worst sub on our project
These guys did the hardwood floors on our home remodel. The work was decent overall, but there were several areas with gaps along the baseboards and edges. Also a couple discolorations that look terrible. We figured it was no big deal and they would fix it.Worldwide > United States > Austin, TX > Home Services
