Very wonderful group of dojos! The instrucors always make you feel welcome. I look forward to every class! It offers wonderful training in all kinds of situations not only for full-grown men, but younger students and woman as well! I would reccomend the USSD of any state or area to ANYONE. I started almost two years ago, and am still loving every moment of it! They cost little for so many valuable lessons! Students under the purple-belt level have one scheduled private lesson per week. The time is thirty minutes, and the instructor will work one-on-one with the student to work on weak points and teach stronger and more effective techniques to get out of the modern dangers. But the student also may attend three other group lessons with his/her fellow martial artists. Above the purple belt level(fourth belt level up), the student can attend advanced class where they work on higher techniques and can work with the other higher-level students.
