Never a problem
Dentists are one of those things that people dread going to. I waited 10 years to visit one in Vegas and Todd and his staff are wonderful. I always feel like I'm a friend of the office when I am there. Todd is always aware of any discomfort you may feel and very patient with his patients. I'd recommend him for anyone.Rude
This is my second attempt at having a good patient/doctor relationship with Dr. Krempel's office. I now remember why I left the last time. While Dr. Krempel is nice and pleasant. His staff is rude, they lack common courtesy and also have deplorable customer service skills.Dr. Krempel...Where Are You
I have been a patient of Dr. Todd Krempel for may years. His office appears to be no longer open. I have called and left messages for over six weeks now. I finally stopped by his office during regular business hours. Another pateint was waiting outside also. I explained to them that I have been calling for weeks and left messages. The other patient had been calling too but, had been unable to leave a message due to the voice mailbox being full. I went to a neighboring business and asked if they knew what happened. They said they have been having people come into inquire about Dr. Krempel for weeks and that they were getting tired of the hassle. I was advised to talk to the onsite property manager. She informed me that the rent is still being paid and that somebody from the office occasionally picks up the mail. She offered to add my name to the list of paitents who were trying to get their medical records. I personally like Todd but his recent behavior is bordering on unproTotally Betrayed
We too have been calling for weeks and are not able to get a hold of anyone, we are in mid treatment and no other dentist will touch us. We have no where to turn and are out $1000's of dollars. We don't know what to doDr Krempel's license has been suspended
I was told that Dr. Krempel failed to appear for a drug test and that he had voluntarily agreed to submit for drug testing whenever asked of him. This obviously leads me to believe he has a serious and recurring problem.Worldwide > United States > Las Vegas, NV > Dentists
