First time visit. Someone left me a voicemail the day of my appointment, reminding that I had an appointment, which was nice. I went in for a checkup for my contacts. The ladies at the front desk were sweet, albeit more casual than professional. Kravitz is the doctor, and he gets you in and out fairly quickly. The office doesn't seem to be very busy, so I didn't have to wait long until I had my exam. Not the most personal service I've ever had to get a check-up, but it works.

A small office located on Hoover and Jefferson in the University Village Shopping Center. Great laid back Dr! Very knowledgeable staff with a large selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses.
