Divorce?

I recently went through a divorce and consulted several attorneys before deciding on Mr. Kottler. The reason I chose him was the price was lower than the other firms I consulted. He had it final in less than a month.

Slow and Lazy at his job.

This attorney takes a 'damage control' mentality to his cases. Rather than standing strongly behind his client, thinking outside the box, or pushing forward, he more often attempts to take the least path of resistance. Instead of fighting for your case, he appears to take the stance of 'Okay, we are under attack, our best bet is to just try to ride it out and minimize the damage'.

Afraid of being politically involved or marked in his professional arena, this attorney prefers to just take your money and ride it out. In doing so, he will ignore your calls, fail to call you back, and even file documents on your behalf at an extremely slow rate.

Better than other attorneys

Great Service! Everything was filed earlier than expected. I got more in my settlement than I was willing to take from my prior attorney who did little work. His rates were reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone.
I sent a friend to him who also got a favorable result in her divorce.

Very bad attorney with very bad reputation, even amongst other attorneys. This attorney tends to take your money and follow the path of least resistance. Refuses to answer calls, and with my case he tended to file nearly empty required documents with the court. For example, when I gave him a list of witnesses, he file a document with the court stating there were none.

I hired a very expensive and professional expert witness for my case which, if Kottler had followed his advise, would have taught Mr. Kottler new methods of case defense. He was such a lazy loser that he dismissed the expert witness all together and even criticized him.

Later, I went to another attorney and the expert witness was indeed amongst the best I could have paid for. Child Custody Consultants in North Carolina, totally destroyed the report of the child custody evaluation that Lenkeit, another femi-nazi anti-male liberal, had written. We showed how the report was completely flawed and unprofessionally skewed. Later, he was severely chastised by the APA.

Had Kottler done his job, he would have been that much ahead in his abilities as an attorney and learned new things.
