Best Chocolate Places in NYC

My chocolate that I had bought at Koppers was good, but definitly not better than the best chocolate hot spot in the city, Chocolate Bar! I just love Chocolate Bar, they've got so many varieties for chocolate lovers! Alison Nelson just reopened her West Village location
