Got the job done but that was about it
We used Robert Kopnicki as our real estate lawyer when we purchased our home about 1 year ago based on a recommendation from our real estate agent. We were disappointmented with a few things from the start. As first time home buyers, we didn't feel that he pushed us to ask for things based on our home inspection and in fact, discouraged us for demanding repairs. Additionally, he did not tell call to tell us that we were out of attorney review but sent a letter so for several days, we were in limbo because we hadn't heard anything.
