Their inspection/estimate fee is lower that most at $45.00. And if after you get the estimate, you decide to hire them to do the work, the $45 goes towards the work. But if you don't, then obviously you lose out on that money. I used them to repair the AC in my rental property I was selling and they did a descent job.
