Ripoff
My friend took her computer to this place because of problems with viruses, spyware, etc. From my view, they kept the computer way too long. Cleaning viruses/spyware and other typical problems from the computer should not take as long as they did (4-5 hours according to her). I have fixed several computer for friends (for free) and I have never spent more than 2 hours fixing the same problems that she had. Even though the problem was fixed, I still feel it took longer than needed.
