I am not a customer of Kodiac - my elderly neighbor is. She lives alone and has recently lost virtually all her family. I check up on her from time to time, but not nearly enough. I ran into her this evening at the local grocery store and she told me someone from Kodiac came and serviced her heater, which had not been working. They did not charge her. The gentleman told her he would come back in a week. True to his word, he returned a week later and replaced her heater with a brand new one! My neighbor is nearly 80 and on a very limited income, even though she still works. The Kodiac gentlman told handed her a bill and told her not to worry, but to pay only what she could. Thank you, Kodiac!! May your company be blessed for helping this beautiful and gentle woman! When I need heater service, I will remember this name.
