It's good
Go see Karen, she will take care of you. This is the best value for your money. Lunch is like fast food but with sushi, its quick, cheap, and really good. Dinner is great, the sushi is fresh and you get a big bang for your buck. If you want trendy, try the others. But if you are serious about your sushi and don't need the flash, then this is the place.

Great Japanese Food
Nice, quaint restaurant tucked away in Spring Branch where the sushi is really good. Tempura is a must try and staff is very friendly. Nice, cozy atmosphere!

Nice and Easy
A perfect spot for those casual evenings. Friendly staff and fresh food. Very fair prices as well. Great for those who are actually seeking sushi and not a hip atmosphere.

This Sushi is the Best!
This is a gem of a restaurant with a humble ego. The food is fresh and inviting and the chefs and staff are always eager to reccomend something tasety and new! If you love sushi you will for sure not want to pass this place up!

OK but not great
I came here after reading all the great reviews, but I found this place only average. The lunch specials are fairly priced, but the food was a bit bland and it took them quite awhile to bring it out. The California rolls that came with it was not made properly and literally fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I order a couple of their sushi -- hamachi and shrimp,and they looked as if a child made them. For a fairly new restaurant, the place especially the tables felt "sticky" as if they were not well cleaned. All in all, I don't think I will be back.

Once had a different location?
A few years back I lived on Fry road and would travel to a Japanese restaurant off of I10 next to Memorial City Mall named Kobe at least once a week with a friend until they started to take out the shopping center store by store. It was the first restaurant I tried sushi and a lady named Karen was helpful in finding me a few rolls I would enjoy.Worldwide > United States > Houston, TX > Restaurants
