Terrible. Avoid At ALL Costs.
I got a my hair cut at this location and it was terrible! To begin, this establishment is based on customer service and the girl who cut my hair (who I will keep anonymous for the sake of her job) lacked every bit of it. She had no smile, was detached, and had no sign of being happy to serve a new client (just like the other girls working there). Because of my hair style I had to get the more expensive hair cut at $25, which has to be the most expensive butchering of my hair I have ever paid. I could have had a toni & guy student do a better job. I advise any one who reads this review to at least go to pro-cuts, super-cuts, or my first choice Floyd's Barbershop instead. I should have trusted my instinct not to try Knockouts. After all they are know as Hooters does hair cuts and just like a Hooters girl, these girls are the same empty, jaded shell-of-a-person.
