Poor billing process - BEWARE
My wife was referred to this practice, was told the insurance would cover everything and was then asked to sign some forms while under anaesthetic.

Dr. Desmond Ward did an excellent, professional job wih my oral surgery. The office staff is extremely considerate and efficient. Unfortunately, Dr. Stephen J. Klein, according to his office staff, is in charge of the finances.
