Buyer Beware
Working with an agent with this office turned out not to be a good experience. Your agent should understand the business and help protect you the buyer. This agent was fresh out of school, was getting no backing for the office (apparently). I purchased a condo and later found that he should have insisted on getting it inspected so that I would have known that the heating system was faulty. I was under the impression that the realtor was handling the warranty - not true. Anyway, they are suppose to be the ones with experience to guide you through the purchase process. Instead I learned the hard way after the purchase.

Large no of options
I was looking to rent a apartment and contacted them if they had one in the area near to my office. They had a couple of choices and i worked with them to find a really good apartment in the vicinity of my office. They took care of all everything so that I was not supposed to waste time in taking appointments, etc. Even they managed to get me a very good price for 1 Year lease with favourable terms and conditions in the lease. They have large no of options available to choose from so one should try if something meets the criteria.

SELLER'S BEWARE
This agency is very ill trained and the agents have no idea what they are doing. When you call them it takes at least 20 attempts to get a hold of someone and the agents are not friendly to say the least. I would not recommend the company Joyce Klein Realtors to my worst enemy as it has been the worst business transaction of my life dealing with these under educated individuals who call themselves real estate agents? I will never do business with these people again and feel I could have done a better job myself.
