Living here at Kimberly West apartments was ok. I wouldn't say its the greatest as far as if you have kids, there is no real place for you to let your kids play aka no park on site. The managers are nice, but the property management sucks. If you fall behind in rent or late fees, they will not work with you. Even trying to state that you have kids and no where to go, they will not work with you. Also stating when you can pay all said money and showing proof, they will not work with you. Over all the place is OK.
