NO GOOD

I have been a loyal client of Mike & Kimmie for over 10 years. I started as Mike's client and then switched to Kimmie. I have followed them from store to store because they did an excellent job on my nails and I was always a satisfied customer.

Having said that, during the past few years, the customer service had become worse and worse. It does not matter if you make an appointment because they take every walk-in even if they have a full page of appointments for the day already. This leads to ridiculous wait times and then they rush to get your nails done so they can take the next customer. They are solely focused on how many people they can service in as little time as possible in order to increase their income.

I will say that this seems more so the case with Mike & Kimmie because they are in high demand. If you have someone else there do your nails, it will not be as bad. If Kimmie is the person you want to do your nails, be prepared to wait, have her rush through your nails, and jump around from you to 1-2 other people and stopping to do waxing in between. There is absolutely ZERO customer service.

Just last week, I had my worse experience there and have decided not to return. I waited for 45 minutes and when I decided to say something about the disrespect in wasting someone's time, I was laughed at.

Bottom line: Great Nails, HORRIBLE Service.

Mike&Kimmie's Nails Dover NJ

I have to say yes Mike&Kimmies in Dover is very busy but Johnny and Yen are all that. Johnny finds the time to fit me in around my schedule and does an excellent job on my nails every time. Yen does my eyebrows and is also great. They are realistic about wait times. If your going to go there use Johnny and Yen every time!!!!!!!!!!!!
