I checked this man as he is to represent someone I know and found he has been put on probation by the AZ State Bar and is on probation. Would not say for what but if he is a BBB customer it may show more. Also, his entire staff is family, no problems with that for me, except for the fact they all apparently treat it as another part of the family and have a hard time with following up with their clients and for him to showing up at hearings as he claims not to know of them, calling client back, that sort of thing. This probation was started in 2010 and I could not find that he had been released from it as of 3/2012 after many hours of digging for more info. Maybe he is trying too hard with his political ladder climbing to be too concerned with his law clients.....? Maybe I am jumping to conclusions with this lawyer, but I have worked with some lawyers that are on the spot, caring, and happy to represent the client. I just hope, for my friend, he is paying attention to the client and hoping to get off of probation himself! Off to do some more research on him and talk with the attorneys I have had the pleasure of business with in the past to see what their inner circle has to say about him.....
