This is the rudest,most inconsiderate public service that I have ever had to deal with.I was taking our trash to the street on White Wing Drive when was charged and almost bitten by a loose dog after more than 3 calls to complain to this animal control office.This dog runs through our yard and other people's yards on a daily basis.The director was disrespectful,loud,argumentative to me and would not let me speak,refused to assist my step father when he called them in the past and refused to pick up the dog in plain site when they did finally show up at the accused owner of the dog's residence.I served in the military for my country for 20 years and had more courtesy and respect from all the foreign people I encountered and in my own country cannot even get respect from public servants whose job it is to serve the public safety.They are a disgrace to Kerr County and totally unreliable.I would not suggest putting any confidence in them doing their job whatsoever.A total disappointment and waste of taxpayer's money AS USUAL.
