Fine Jewelers

I was in need of watch repair, though I didn't purchase my Bulova here. The manager was helpful and courteous, and repaired the link/band within minutes, free of charge. I will definitely file his business card for future consideration.

I will recommend Kenny G in Elk Grove to anyone

My fiance purchased my wedding set from Kenny G. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They showed him many loose diamonds, walked him through what to look for, and even took him outside to look at the diamonds in natural sunlight. Ultimately they steered him away from a higher priced diamond, to a better quality, lower-priced diamond. Their motto is: if you can't see the difference, why pay the difference?

They took less than 2 days to size the ring. When I went to pick it up I inquired about having 2 other white gold rings rhodium flashed (I was quoted $60 - 70 by another jeweler), he did it for free.

I later went back to have a diamond re-set from a ring to a pendant. I had been quoted upwards of $100. Kenny G only charged me $35 for the setting. They did not charge me for any labor costs.

None of their work is substandard. I could not be happier about my experience with them.

Disappointed

I'm truly disappointed in them (Elk Grove) location. I wanted my gold marquise ring dipped in white gold and the prongs replaced. They replaced the whole setting and replaced my stone as well. I knew what mark my stone had and when I got it, that mark wasn't in the stone that they had put, on the new setting. I was really troubled and told my husband about it. Right there and then I wanted to go back to the store to complain. My husband didn't want me to do that so I didn't.

I am still upset everytime I look at my ring. I vowed I will never set foot at that store ever again.
