Sorry to say, but WON'T be dining here again...
In the past we enjoyed dining at Kemps. However in the last couple of years it's changed so much and then changed back... In the process of all the "Change" they also went up on their prices, and kind of went down on quality.Worldwide > United States > Durham, NC > Seafood Restaurants
