Very Good Service
It's expensive or I would go more often, but you get what you pay for. Very upscale and expensive. If you need a make over for a special occasion and money isn't a problem, this is the place to visit.

They RUINED my hair
I went into the salon with blonde hair. I came out with essentially stripes, including areas where the bleach obviously didn't process all of the way. I went in a second time to have this corrected, I came out with orange hair. Like, bright orange. I didn't realize this until I got home because the stylist didn't offer to blow-dry since it was a color correction. When I called to get this fixed, I got the run-around for a WEEK before their receptionist told me I could come back in, but I'd have to pay for it.
