We absolutely Love it! Currently my two children are training to become black belts and look forward to every class. We originally joined to help with my youngest child's confidence and it has improved which makes us very happy!

Don't even waste a single penny for Karate America, Issaquah WA. I had the worst experience of my life here. Jonathan (the instructor as well as the customer facing representative)with his business sales tactics will influence you to enroll in the program but if you don't like it and ask for cancellation and refund you'll never get any answers and money from them. Jonathan who'll be account person at the time of enrolling will back up and say I'm just an instructor so I don't have answers and he won't provide you any details for owner and account person. I paid them upfront high amount and I'm still fighting to get it back. As far as Jonathan teaching style, its the worst. First of all, he won't be 100% involved in the class. Always keep looking outside even when the class is running. With kids ages 4-7yrs, he'll show them 1 time and that too facing them (Man do kids of this age understand the right and left...) and then expect they'll learn the moves and sequence and demonstrate in front of him. He will start the kicking lesson without demonstarting as well as without telling the kids what exactly the kicking means, why we are pushing and hitting the kids. Karate America teaches discipline, honesty, integrity etc....what a shame that Jonathan himself has no such thing in his personality.
