Office staff members (with one exception) are terrible - unorganized, rude, and not very knowledgeable. Dentist is OK, but have been to much better providers. Went to this office because of convenience, but it's not worth it. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Best dentist ever been to
I've been to many dentists in my life. At most dentists, you go in, you wait for a while, they take you back, they do stuff you have no clue about and then they give you an estimate that you have to pay out of your pocket even though you have insurance. At this dentist though, I got in, they took me back right away, they cleaned my teeth (routine cleaning), and I was on my way 15 minutes later feeling great. No estimates, no surprises, everything that they should do in a routine cleaning was done. This was my 2nd cleaning with them so far and the service has been amazing and consistent.

Worst dentist I've ever been to
The technicians were the worst ever...I actually left with bruised gums, literally they were black and blue (and this has never happened to me even after 4 years of braces). The equipment is about 50 years old and the dentist is twice that age. He even showed me a "new" way of brushing your teeth which was the normal way people have been doing it since the 60's?Worldwide > United States > Atlanta, GA > Dentists
