Good late night eats, and cheap!
This place was always a fall back for us when we lived in nearby Pasadena. You can get all kinds of Asian food here -- their menu is separated by regions of China and Taiwan, among other places. Prices are cheap, and the quality is not bad. The best deal however, is getting a 3 item combo for 5 bucks, and they pile on the ingredients. Only thing is, you have to come at the right time so that you catch the food when it's just come out, or when it has only been sitting there for a few minutes. Otherwise, you risk getting some stuff that's been there for awhile. You can usually tell just by looking, though.good cheap food
they have really good food here. the small pork buns are the best and the other food they have here is really good. you can get three food dishes for about 3 dollars plus tea and rice and soup.Decent Chinese fast food, but delicious pan fried dumplings!
Kang Kang offers a wide array of dishes in a fast food type of setting, though it's better than something like Panda. It's hard to give an overall rating on all these dishes they offer because there are A LOT. Overall, I've had good ones and not-so-good ones, so you basically have to taste different options over time. However, the best offering they have takes about 10-15 minutes...their pan-fried pork dumplings. These are some of the best dumplings in Alhambra, but be careful when you bite into it since there's very hot broth inside. No kidding, somebody can burn their whole mouth if they're not careful. The dumplings are definitely worth the wait.Worldwide > United States > Alhambra, CA > Restaurants
