The driver was so rude. He needs some training in customer service. He needs to be reminded that all his communications are with a person who has more than likely found themselves in a very bad situation. That person does not need to be yelled at when they are trying their best to follow the directions they are being given. They also do not need to be reminded that they are as old as the driver's mother. The driver left my car sticking out in the road according to the report I got from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. I would not recommend this driver and if he is a reflection of the company, I would not recommend the company.
