Customer NO service, Avoid!!!
I wish that I had read the reviews before using this company. The customer service is a joke. I have gotten nothing but lies and the run around from them. Also, they do not seem to care at all. I spent 90 dollars with their company (ok it is allot of money to me) and all I get is a very lame "We're sorry". They said that when the flowers get delivered that they would enclose an apology note. I am not sure how an apology note can make up for not delivering the flowers when they were supposed to (which by the way they lied at one point and said the flowers had been delivered, but to the wrong person, they had not) I got another "sorry" for that one too. They tried to make me feel as if it were all my fault and every time that I caught them in a lie they just covered with a new one. The worst part of it all is that my stepdaughter was in the hospital having our first grandchild and guess what nothing from us. Maybe they will deliver the flowers before our second grandchild by her is born. However, they did offer to refund the 4.99 express delivery fee. I will never use them again (not that they care). Order with someone else! I miss the days when customer service meant something! I am sorry that this is so long, but it is a 200-word minimum just to be heard.Worst company
On February 3, 2009 I order a cascading elegance for my beloved grand mother. I requested white rose as per my grandmother before she passed. I received an email to confirmed this. I spent $429.99 received my order number# 3571710. The wrong colored flowers were delivered. I attempted to call just flowers, at which they denied ever sending me an email. I attempted to send them the email four times, they claimed they never received it. I fax them their email and they still claim they never received it. After a half dozen phone call, they claimed they would reimburse me. On February 2, 2009 , they sent $10.00. I will never used just flowers again, I only wish this company would go under like my grandmother with all the exective alive.Horrible Ignoramuses
Clearly, I'm not the only person with the same problem. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday on behalf of her two little girls, who sat patiently and excitedly waiting for the beautiful flowers they were going to give their Mommy for her birthday. No flowers arrived, nor did any confirmation e-mail, as promised, but the credit card charge certainly went through expediently.FLORIST COMPLAINT ON JUST FLOWERS
I own a florist and have had alot of problems with JUST FLOWERS sending orders to me. They like to call the orders to florist over the phone so if there is a complaint from the sender on the order JUST FLOWERS will claim the florist messed up. Why would there be a complaint? Here's why....What happens in reality is the customer orders a particular flower arrangement with a number, etc. Just Flowers calls the order to a florist and just describes the order over the phone and not in great detail, so the florist does not know all the specifics. The florist makes the order as JUST FLOWERS described it. If the customer complaints they did not get what they ordered JUST FLOWERS blames the florist and then cancels the order on the florist, while giving the customer a minor discount, etc. for the error. JUST FLOWERS then does not pay the florist. JUST FLOWERS can send the order to the florist electronically where there is no room for error, through FTD or bloomnet technolgy that florist use, but they refuse to. By sending in this fashion the form filled out ask for specific information and it is all documented so there is not any room for error. Funny they refuses to use something that will benefit everyone. They have the technology, but they refuse to use it. There is no other excuse for this other than they are trying to cover their behinds in the event of a problem and they can try and place the blame on someone besides themselves. I complained to FTD on JUST FLOWERS the other day and FTD reported that JUST FLOWERS has this type of complaint all the time and they are FAMOUS for it. JUST FLOWERS pulled this stunt on my store the other day with an order that went to a patient in the hospital. They wanted me to go and pick up the arrangement at the hospital and give the patient there a new arrangement, that should have been what the customer originally ordered, but JUST FLOWERS did not send to me, AT MY COST. They also suggested that I resell the order that had been sitting in the hospital room for two days to someone else. I told them they were unethical and nuts and wanted to speak with a supervisor. I was given the run around all day and spoke with idiots in their "customer service department" that was probably based in India. I spoke with the person that originally placed the order and JUST FLOWERS also gave them the run around all day. I told the customer to call their credit card company to tell them you are disputing the charge by JUST FLOWERS on your bill and that you are not obligated to pay for it as they did not send to the florist what they ordered. In fact, JUST FLOWERS sent me an order that was the base arrangement of what the customer had ordered and not the premium arrangement they had PAID FOR. NEVER USE THIS PLACE. JUST FLOWERS REALLY SHOULD STAND FOR JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR FLOWERS. ALWAYS ORDER FROM A LOCAL FLORIST. YOU CAN GOOGLE THEM EASILY BY SIMPLY TYPING IN: FLORIST, NAME OF TOWN, STATE - IN A GOOGLE, YAHOO, ETC. SEARCH.TERRIBLE SERVICE******BEWARE OF BAD BUSINESS
I ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day on Saturday. They were to be delivered on Sunday via a confirmation email I recieved from Just Flowers on line. The flowers never arrived and my poor mother thought I had forgotten about her. I called the company the following week to cancel the order that was never delivered and get my money back.I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone until today after multiple attempts. On the confirmation email they list 3 different numbers for CS, all of which were answered by an answering service "due to high call volume" . I have a hard time believing this to be true. Each time I called the answering service wouldn't answer any questions. When I finally asked for an employee id # to document who I was speaking with, they refused (again very sketchy). I finally threated to have the attorney general and better business Breu. contact them in my place. After multiple messages and many phone calls I finally got a person who told me I would recieve a refund in 1-4 days. At this point I still haven't recieved it, the flowers were never delivered and I just spoke with another family member who said they used JustFlowers (online) to deliever flowers for a funeral this last fall and they flowers never made it. They too never got their refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL AND LIKELY ILLEGAL. BUYER BEWARE!!**DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS**

JustHorrible.....I ordered the Make A Wish arrangement to be sent to my sister in Florida. Once received, my sister would take the arrangement to my Mother's mausoluem in honor of her birthday.Worldwide > United States > Los Angeles, CA > Flowers & Gifts
