Drawing blood and differential treatment of customers
I gave Julie's Nail salon at least three tries before I decided to leave without leaving a tip. The first time the pedicurist drew blood and never even apologized. The second and third times I witnessed the staff giving better and longer exfoliating and massage to other clients. (And I DID tip well before the last time!)
