Had hair extensions put in. They lasted exactly 10 days. Stylist sewed track in - without putting in braid. She attached with elastic which got caught in my comb first day. I called after 5 days to tell her they were falling out. She said come in - she did not fix - only sewed them in more - 5 more days - row fell out completely. $80 worth of nothing. When I said I would like refund - the owner said the stylist does not work for her. ?? She seemed to work for her when I called the salon and booked an appointment. Huge ripoff. Beware.
