I have attempted martial arts before, but with physical limitations that affect my balance I have never been able to get very far. My husband and I were looking to get into shape, but I was very skeptical about returning to martial arts. One year later I am 6th section, which is the equivalent to a brown belt, I'm training to be an instructor, and I am able to move my body in ways I have never thought it would be possible for me to do. I recommend this place highly.
