Pizza=Great, Customer Service=not the best

My husband ordered our typical pizza tonight, half sausage, half pepperoni, full tomato and half onion on half the pizza (part of the sausage and part of the pepperoni... so, top or bottom half). NEVER had a problem ordering this before...
