A not so dirty dive
I love going to Joe's on Sunday nights for karaoke. There's a good mix of people, everyone from hipsters to hillbillies, old to young. The drinks are cheap and stiff and the staff is friendly. This is a great down home feeling bar on NW...Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Restaurants
