unsatisfactory job

Asked for four coatings, but still the floor scratches VERY easily. Forgot to give me my key back afterwards, and took a week to give that back to me. Took 2 weeks to haul old carpet away after job was done, despite many calls to his phone! Put in quarter rounds that look ugly. Also, they were very expensive.
