Could not have had a worse experience. Jim Regan is a liar and a terrible, terrible landlord. He demanded early rent (despite what was written in the lease), and flat-out refused to fix broken appliances we paid rent for (again, despite the lease) and parts of the house that broke or fell off, thus endangering us with the sharp shards of metal hanging off the door that blew apart in the hurricane, for instance. The washing machine broke on August 2nd and was still sitting in the basement, full of water, three months later. He said he couldn't afford to fix it, but refused to allow a used machine to be purchased and deducted from the rent. When the gas stove was leaking quite badly the summer we moved in, he first yelled at us for calling the fire department instead of him, then he glued the gas stove line to the gas supply and threatened to evict us for asking him to use a licensed installer. He will lie to your face about anything. The only thing he cares about is money. Do not be fooled by the small child he brings with him to make his image better. He will just as soon sell you out if it can get him any monetary gain. Six words for anyone renting from this guy: Call Inspectional services, request complete inspection. See what happens.
