Called for assistance on 4wheeler repair. Spoke with Marshall. He was difficult and condensending towards me. My husband had called researching for the best price for repair. He had asked if this business could provide services for less then others in our area. Apparently Marshall had told him yes or had been vague and led him to believe yes and I call to make arrangements for delivery he acts mad that he will charge more. When I ask him if he explained this to my husband he gets more ugly and hangs the phone up on me. Would not recommend this kind of customer service.
