OK pizza
I ate here with my husband on the recommendation of one of my husband's friends. It was just ok. The pizza was quite greasy and the mushrooms that were on top looked as if they were a bit shriveled....

Fun Pizza Restaurant
Jerseys is a fun place to go to get some good pizza. It was the inspiration for the tv show Cheers. It's a nice place to go to grab some good food and be able to hang out with friends.

Good pizza
Jersey's is a pretty popular local fav. Their pizza and calzones are very good and the prices are not too bad. The service there can be attrocious at times - especially at lunch. The bartender there is very nice but some of the other staff seem less friendly. Speaking of the bartender - pretty good selection of beer on tap. The parking there is shared with the other local merchants, so it can be hit-or-miss - thursdays tend to be a miss (due to Market Night).

good pizza service is the worst. They dont care about the customer at all.
I have my pizza delivered when i order Jerseys pizza , i get colostrophobic in that little cramped restaurant. On June 11th at 11:30 i ordered a pizza and was told the delivery driver doesnt deliver to houses only bussinesses, to my surprise since i order from them all the time. Other times they didnt show up without calling us, they dropped our pizza 1 time without telling us and a couple hours later they showed up. The pizza is real good but is the service worth it, I say no.

I would have liked to have tried the food....
2 Teenagers with no sense of customer service were running the place when we went in on a Sunday afternoon to watch the game and have some pizza and beer. Most of the tables were dirty, we found one that wasn't. We sat down without so much as a hello from the bartender/waitress; tried to order a couple of beers but were told to wait. After 10 minutes with no menus, or even a glass of water we walked out and down the street to the Pub for fish & chips.

Horrible Customer Service! They have lost my business!
We were going to a movie so we called ordered our Pizza and asked if it could be ready because we were on a time limit. They said no we had to come to the resturant. We explained we were in a hurry and offered to pay with a credit card. They still refused. My friends and I had eatten there many times they have lost our business. With so many better Pizza places in the area they need to wake up and realize customer service is important. We went and ate somewhere else that night and will not be coming back! With all the bad reviews on the web you would think they would wake up. The customer should always be right our request was so minor.....Worldwide > United States > Redlands, CA > Restaurants
