Terrible Hospitality.
It was Father's Day 10AM after church service and we were looking for something in the order of a nice sit down place for breakfast. I walked in and waited 15 mins. to be seated. We were seated in a booth next to the order up window. we waited about 20 mins. when me and my party started to wonder if we would ever get silver ware and maybe a drink order. When all of a sudden we witnessed a waitress verbally abusing one of the cooks. She yelled " i need a baked potatoe, where is my baked potatoe...!" about 2 minutes later she yelled again " I am waiting for a DAMN BAKED POTATOE!!!! "I NEED IT NOW......! It was the worse display of reataraunt hospitality and prefessionalism i have ever seen. She started about a 3 minute tantrum that ended with her throwing plates and silver ware all over the station. I had our 2 year old and he heard the whole thing and he was so scared, when she started yelling and the sound of things being thrown around behind him really frightened him. Needless to say we all got up and walked out. Our server watched us leave and one other waitress and no one said a word to us..no sorry about the outburst or we apologize for our poor service and lack of professionalism nothing they just watched us leave. we went down the street to IHOP. where we enjoyed a great Fathers Day Breakfast and the young teenage girl that served us was so nice. It was a shame we did not enjoy the same courtesy at Jerry's. I will nerver eat at Jerry's.Worldwide > United States > Phoenix, AZ > American Restaurants
