I recently requested a cash surrender of my 403 b due to student loans. This transaction was extremely difficult. They required a notarization of their form . The fee was under $20 but for someone with limited funds this was a problem. There was not an e-mail address so snail mail was the only service I received from them requesting more forms to be filled out. I did find A FAX NUMBER AND FAXED THEM A STUDENT loan balance. However they want something showing my payments for 12 months. I cannot obtain that online... just a balance and what I have paid previously. I started the process in February and have not received the cash surrender as of April 14. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
