Subpar -- and I'm a Landlord
Frequently in my building, stuff breaks down (elevator, heater, etc.) I only learn about these things when I try to take a shower (cold water) or walking up the stairs (the elevator).

Horrible Management Company
This management company is the absolute worst. They spend as little money as they possibly can. They are not responsive when issues arise, unless of course it is something that may cost them more money.
