James Carr Real Estate is a really good real estate agency. The agents are very nice and knowledgeable and really seem willing to work with you to help you find the house that you are looking for- whatever your price range. They showed me a good selection of houses, they had a nice staff and they were patient because I was picky. The commission they charge is on par with what most agents charge. I highly recommend.
