Too many things with this company that i had to take the time to write them a bad review for all business owners out there. Beware of this J. W. Berry Signs. My sales person Bill, 1/ Agreed sale price for my sign 3500 only a week later fax over the bill amount of 3570 and claimed $70 doesnt hurt anybody. What do you think? 2/ pissed off my landlord and was gonna report him for not notarizing the authorization letter only to tell me that they can work around it. ( too bad, my landlord was gonna use them for the retail sign). 3/ My delivery date was 2 weeks after the promised date, their excuse was company truck broke down. 4/ My order :lighted channel letters was not lighted after installation because they had forgot to mention that i need to hire electrician to run power to the signs. Therefore beware of this company, i would sign a contract for the delivery date if you are going to use them. In case they deliver late you then can get your money back.
