Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered furniture set that the manufacturer stopped selling pieces too. Insisted we take pieces as they arrived knowing we would not get the complete set. When I asked to wait for the complete set I was refused. When I contacted the manufacturer and found pieces were not available, Nevel told me that they had two years to refund me my money. In the end I got the BBB involved, had to accept part of a set to get a refund for the rest.
