Their Catalog department is the worst ever. I ordered something online and had it shipped to the store. I called and was told my order was in only to go all the way down there and waited in a long line to find out that there was a piece missing. After waiting another month for my order I got it home and realized they ordered me an extra piece and charged my credit card without full disclosure and would not accomodate my inconvenience in any way.
