Excellent, authentic Japanese
This is the real thing, not Japanese food altered to meet American tastes. I lived in Japan for over 5 years, and rarely find any Japanese restaurants in NY or NJ that get it right, but this one tastes like I am back in Japan. The sushi was fresh, delicate and full of flavor; the rice properly season and well packed.
