Rundown Environment
This library looks like it belongs in the middle of the ghetto. It is raggedy and not upgraded to modernized library style. The downtown location is 10 times better and the City Officials should be ashamed that they haven't attempted to upgrade this location. The only thing they have going for them is the fact that they have a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The hours are weird. On two occassions I drove all the way there and they were closed. It's in a shopping center area, which is weird for a library.....I would recommend that you use the main branch, not this one.Worldwide > United States > Irving, TX > Libraries
