We dealt with Gary for almost 2 years to handle a simple custody revision, with no results. He is very unresponsive, talks down to you as the client, does not return calls, texts, or emails. He lied about filing papers and didn't do it several times. He would never send us responses to review prior to sending it to the other party. Very unprofessional. We came to realize that he doesn't have much, if any, court experience. He seems afraid to go head to head with another attorney. We didn't get any results and finally fired him and went with another attorney, after much time and money wasted!

MAJOR CREEPER! MAJOR MAJOR CREEPER! OMG, I went into meet with Gary. I am going through a nasty divorce and he was recommended to me by a friend. I have heard before that he could be a little "off" sometimes, but I had no idea just what was meant by that. The entire time I sat in his office, he would sway off the topic at hand and ask me wierd questions like "are you dating anyone right now". I was caught off guard to say the least. He asked me a couple of other personal questions too like "where did I go to church" and "what did I like to do in my free evenings?" Again, VERY STRANGE, right? The final blow was when he answered his phone, had to suddenly leave our meeting early (sounded like his wife was yelling at him on the phone) and asked me to meet for lunch the next day instead! OMG, I WAS FLOORED! I found a different attorney, needless to say. Don't go see this guy unless you are looking for someone to harrass you.
