Hmm....
I can't say that I am completely disappointed in my visits (2 of them), but I am not completely impressed.... Yet. Let me start by saying that I am VERY PICKY. It's my hair.. i have a right to be :). Second, I am big on customer service....

Nothing Impressive
I would caution anyone before going to this salon. I went for a hair wash after removing my braids. I was there for 5 hours. I was also told that the damage/breakage to my hair was "normal".
