Very disappointed

I have gone to Ichiban for about 6 years and liked it very much. Unfortunately, I had a terrible haircut there 18 days before my daughters wedding. Went to "ryan", and he did not do what I asked. Ichiban is good, but avoid ryan. I left...

OH my gosh are you kidding karen p i got a bad cut at another salon in Rocky River $48.00 had to wear headbands i went to Ryan\r
he did a outstanding job with what he had to work with he is the best!!\r
and i tell everyone!!!!!!!!
